Program Objective

The Professional Master's Program in History Teaching - PROFHISTÓRIA is a Stricto Sensu postgraduate program designed to provide ongoing training aimed at improving History teaching in Basic Education. The program seeks to prepare graduates for the professional practice of History instruction. 

Target Audience
History teachers working at any level of Basic Education (Elementary and High School).

 Focus Area: History Teaching

Research Lines:
I - Historical Knowledge in the School Environment;
II - Languages and Historical Narratives: Production and Dissemination;
III - Historical Knowledge in Different Memory Spaces; and
IV - History Teaching and Public Policies.
