Self-assessment
The Self-Assessment Committee (CAA) is made up of 5 teachers, a technician and a former student representative. This committee has been working on organizing the PGRN strategic map, which lists the Program's mission as “training high-level professionals with interdisciplinary knowledge, capable of implementing solutions that contribute to socio-environmental development, especially with regard to the sustainable exploitation of the Cerrado-Pantanal biomes” and its vision as “making the PGRN a reference in the Central-West region, with national and international prominence”. Based on these definitions, the CAA adopted as its management methodology the construction of a Strategic Map based on the multidimensional evaluation model called “Balanced Scorecard” (BSC), which, loosely translated, means “balanced indicators”. This concept can be better defined as a tool that measures the medium to long-term performance and progress of a given company or institution.
For the 2017-2020 four-year period, the CAA supported the Sucupira Platform Commission (CPS) in preparing the final report, providing complete data on the PGRN's activities. Both the report and the data for the last four-year period can be accessed below:
