• Copy of ID, CPF and bank card/statement of current account from Banco do Brasil (the scholarship holder must be the account holder, joint accounts cannot be used). *Notes for filling out the "Registration of Scholarship Holder" form:
- To fill out the "Area of qualification" field, use the codes contained in this file.
- In the "Branch" field, enter the name of the bank branch, for example, "Parque dos Ipês", "Dourados", etc. To find the name of your branch, go to the "Find a branch" page on the Banco do Brasil website and enter the branch number, without the check digit.

PIBAP - Institutional Scholarship Program for Postgraduate Students
Regulation of the Institutional Scholarship Program for Post-Graduation Students (PIBAP/UEMS) (Resolution CPPGI/CEPE-UEMS No. 275, de 29/04/2020), alterada pela Resolution CPPGI/CEPE-UEMS No. 362, de 16/05/2024 and for Resolution CPPGI/CEPE-UEMS No. 383, de 30/05/2025

Note: The study period will only be computed for retirement purposes if contributions are made to Social Security, as an "optional contributor", (art. 14 and 21, of Law No. 8,212, dated 24/07/1991)
Regarding the exercise of paid activity and/or accumulation of other grants (scholarship students)
Even if it is a small number of hours, any occurrence of paid activity or possibility of accumulation of grants must be immediately communicated to the Secretariat and meet the following criteria:
| 1 | Do not exceed 20 hours per week (this limit must include preparation hours, if applicable); |
| 2 | Be related to your area of expertise and interest for your academic, scientific and technological training and related to the research project under development for the Program; |
| 3 | Have authorization from your advisor, through the form "Request for authorization to engage in paid activity, work as an Individual Microentrepreneur or work as a scholarship holder in other scholarships", delivered in physical form to the Secretariat, signed in pen (or with a certified digital signature) by the student and advisor). In the case of digital signatures, it is possible to send by e-mail. |
After the authorization request has been approved, it will also be necessary to replace the registration data form, so that the paid activity is recorded, and CAPES scholarship holders must also complete the Accumulation Declaration.

Mentions in papers and publications related to the scholarship(s) received during the course
When submitting articles/summaries/books and other forms of dissemination of data from your dissertation - thesis or other studies linked to the PGRN, check the guidelines of each funding agency regarding the form of citation in articles in acknowledgments/funding of your studies.
PIPAP: According to the PIBAP Regulation (CPPGI/CEPE-UEMS DECISION No. 275, OF 04/29/2020), "Art. 10. The obligations of the scholarship student contemplated by PIBAP are (...) V - to make reference to the support of UEMS in theses, articles, books, summaries of papers presented at meetings and any other publication or form of dissemination".
One way to refer to the PIBAP Scholarship would be: "This work was carried out with support from the Institutional Scholarship Program for Graduate Students of the State University of Mato Grosso do Sul (PIBAP/UEMS)."
CAPES published an ordinance in September 2018 (ORDINANCE No. 206, OF SEPTEMBER 4, 2018), indicating the specific form of citation that should be included.
CNPq: Works published as a result of activities supported by CNPq must necessarily refer to the support received, with the following expressions, in the language of the work:
a) if published individually: "This work was carried out with support from CNPq, National Council for Scientific and Technological Development - Brazil".
b) if published in co-authorship: "CNPq Scholarship Holder - Brazil".
