The program aims to train ethical professionals with a cultural and humanistic vision, with socio-environmental responsibility, and capable of exploring the analysis methodologies inherent to the Natural Sciences - Physics, Chemistry and Biological Sciences - in applications of various systems, whether environmental or not. The course also aims to qualify graduates for teaching and research with an interdisciplinary nature.

The program aims to train high-level professionals with interdisciplinary knowledge, capable of making viable solutions that contribute to regional development, especially with regard to the recognition and responsible socio-environmental exploitation of the Cerrado-Pantanal Biomes. It also intends to train qualified professionals who meet the peculiarities of the job market, in which mastery of specific tools for monitoring natural resources, as well as an integrated conception of man/nature relations, are basic requirements.
