Cards must be requested after the final work has been corrected, by email to fichacatalografica@uems.br;
The formatting and information contained in the card cannot be changed;
Deadline for the Library to prepare the card: up to 5 business days, in the order in which it is sent, starting from the day all requested documents are sent (completed card, cover page and summary).

Foreign Language Proficiency
PGRN students must prove their proficiency in English. PGRN students with foreign nationality must also prove their proficiency in Portuguese.
Deadline for proof (from initial enrollment): 1 year for Master's, 2 years for Doctorate
